TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Applications will
only be accepted in writing and with a valid signature unless submitted via our Internet Aplication Form.
• After receiving
your application, in case of acceptance, we will send a confirmation in writing in return.
Due to the fact that there is only a limited space in
some courses some applications might not be accepted for any specific
course. In addition, there are always some confirmed registrants who
do not choose to show up. As homage to fairness for applicants, instructors
and organizers the following terms apply:
• Applications are
considered according to the date received.
• You may cancel the
contract with us within fourteen days after you have submitted
the application, but no later than up to 4 weeks before the actual course date, with refund of your payments except a $35 administration fee by sending
a signed notice in this regard in any appropriate way (fax, mail etc.)
to us.
• A post-dated cheque
(dated 10 calendar days prior to the actual course date) covering
the course fee in full is required within 14
calendar days following the date of our confirmation or 14 days
prior to the actual course date, whatever comes first, in order to
finally valid your participation. Otherwise your participation will
be subject to cancellation.
• If you cancel the
contract later than 4 weeks (cut-off) prior to the actual course
date no refund can be granted.
• All courses and seminars offered by Easirius Institute Ltd., due to their nature, need a certain
amount of registrations to be finally delivered (for details please contact us). Easirius Institute Ltd. reserves the right to cancel courses and seminars due to a shortage
of participants. In that case, the full amount paid by you will be refunded, no administration fee applies. However, our liability will be limited to this amount only and we shall
not be liable for any claims, demands, losses and damages of any nature
or kind whatsoever you may have by reason of our cancellation.
• In case of cancellation due to short notices (e.g. ‘Act
of God’) by the Instructor or Easirius Institute Ltd. the full
amount paid will be refunded, no administration fee applies. However,
our liability will be limited to this amount only and we shall not
be liable for any claims, demands, losses and damages of any nature
or kind whatsoever you may have by reason of our cancellation.
